Your wellbeing is key, in order to live a long and healthy life it is in your hands to take that decision. Having a balanced lifestyle makes it a lot easier and more fun to maintain it daily. Not restricting yourself too much, which can lead to unwanted stress.
My perspective is the holistic approach. The whole spectrum of wellbeing and being healthy is vast. There are so many aspects to consider. I offer you my knowledge of training & yoga, but also my own experiences.
Challenging your body and trying new things is essential for your growth, but also knowing your boundaries. Listening to your body is important throughout anything you do in life. Let me be your support & let's move towards that holistic lifestyle that is sustainable in the longterm.
